How to Order a Philly

Four steps, and you'll sound like you've been coming for years. Chopped to order, every time.

Pick Your Steak
The classic Steak, the Pepper, the Roni, the Donnie, or the Pizza Steak.

Pick Your Cheese
Whiz, white American, provi, or new Cooper Sharp (small upcharge). Cheese comes first — before the onions.

Wit or Witout
"Wit" = with grilled onions. "Witout" = hold 'em.

Call It Out
Meat, cheese, onions — in that order. "Steak, whiz, wit." "Pepper, provi, wit." Boom — you're a regular.
